No notes on this one. (Apologies for the flurry of these - I've had a few waiting while I fixed up Project, and then this morning I noticed that with JavaDoc 1.4, any declared exceptions which weren't commented came out as bare links. Suddenly I needed to start commenting BuildException everywhere!)
