Alright. I have resolved it. The problem was the testcase wasn't invoking zipfile.close() after asserting entries were present in the zip... I will commit this in a few minutes. Brian, please check to see I haven't messed up anything. Also, if you can send a patch to trigger the "duplicate" testcase, it would be cool.
