Oh, I agree completely. Actually, I think AntClassLoader shouldn't know about build.sysclasspath. What we do right now is nothing more than a cosmetic patch to make the tests work in Gump. But it doesn't solve the real problem, which I'm not sure I really understand right now. 8-( I'm working on it.
