Also, send the patches in cvs diff -u format, as .txt file attachments, or
within a .zip if there is new code too.

Creating a Bugzilla entry for your patches is a good idea so we don't lose
them in the massive amount of e-mails we all get.  Personally I don't save a
lot of ant-dev e-mails and would have to pull them from the archives, but
most likely I'd only work on ones from Bugzilla when/if I get the time.
