Attached is my first-ever junit test case.

Files:
src/etc/testcases/taskdefs/abstractcvstask.xml - test task definitions. Note
that the test modifies your ./ant.properties.sample (backrevs it, then
updates it to HEAD). i'll add some expected failures later on.

src/testcases/org/apache/tools/ant/taskdefs/AbstractCvsTaskTest.java -
testcase implementation.

i tested it with this command, in case it makes a difference:
ant run-single-test
-Dtestcase=org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.AbstractCvsTaskTest

(where 'ant' == latest cvs copy)

This will give visible output:
ant -buildfile src/etc/testcases/taskdefs/abstractcvstask.xml
