http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8988 global property inside a target ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-05-10 21:41 ------- Right, I'd thought about the indirect method you describe, but it seemed sort of kludgey (no offense! :-). Basically I just wanted to file an RFE letting you all know that at least one person would like this feature without having to deal with the overhead -- and all associated possible problems -- of writing to a file and then reading from it. I'd sort of envisioned an additional parameter to the property task (global="true" or something). I wouldn't mind the bug being closed if there was a better mechanism in the planning, but if the only way to solve this dillemma is with writing to a file and then reading from it I'd prefer to leave this RFE open.
