<loadproperties> should accept a "prefix" attribute.

Marking as invalid.  Use a nested <filterchain> and use the <prefixlines> - 
that is the reason this task exists.  Or, use <property> with the 'prefix' 
attribute if all you want is properties prefixed.  Or do you want filter which 
properties get loaded by prefix?  If so, use the <linecontains> or 
<linecontainsregexp> filterchain.
