Your working directories are stored in your srssafe.ini (I think that's what it's called) Look on the VSS server \\servername\vss\users\<your user name>\srssafe.ini I know this because I have made the mistake of setting a working folder down in the tree, thus screwing up a "get latest" and "checkout" etc...
