At the moment Jelly can't run anything from a command prompt in a user 
friendly way, as there's currently no 'jelly' script. This will be fixed 
shortly. But, back to the point, is running a 'jar' or 'javac' outside of
ant's scope? If not, then are you saying Ant must always require a build 
file?
