No no! -- that's the point -- it's already been taken care of. Nobody needs to do anything about it -- not file a bug, or provide a patch, or anything. All that needs to happen is a) everybody needs to know it's already been taken care of and b) we need to get 1.5.1 out before too long and hope that people pick it up.
