Odd command-line parsing behaviour

The third one sets the property foo to -verbose.

Ant accepts both -Dfoo=bar and -Dfoo bar as a way to set foo to bar.  I've been
told that is because Windows goes ahead and converts a=b into two arguments
a and b (stripping the equals sign completely) when invoking a batch file.
