Generated DTD Is missing my new tasks

Hi,
 
I have created some additional tasks to perform some ClearCase
functions.  The tasks work and are packaged correctly.  Everything must
be OK, since I have been able to use them.  
 
The only problem is that when the antstructure task generates a DTD my
new functions are not included.
 
Can anyone shed some light?
 
I packaged them in org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.clearcase and
extended clearcase.
