2. we may be able to catch diffs using proposal/xdoc 3. Ideally, I'd like us to use an xdoc foundation for all our docs, and automate it, but we need to evolve xdoc to do that
I will have time after ApacheCon to get back to proposal/xdoc and upgrade it to the latest XDoclet and get things in motion there again. Feel free to bug me to keep me on track with it! :)
