1.5's signjar's keystore attribute does not take a URL...

This has been reverted to a string. The behaviour is not quite like 1.4.1 in
that the code will attempt to resolve the string a s a file relative to the
project's basedir. If the resulting file does not exist, it is assumed to be a
URL and passed directly. Hopefully this is the best of both worlds.

I'm marking this as targetted for 1.6 for now but it may be merged into 1.5.2 if
time permits.
