hmm. I view binding *.js, *..vbs, *.wsh, *.wse, etc to notepad as step one
of securing a system, so while I appreciate the effort, it wouldnt work on
my system. If its only for the win32 system, we could do an exe instead;
view it as a unit test for <cpp> ...
