I checked the build.xml file and the line its refer, is the start of a jar task to build "ant.jar" file. I tried to send the manifest file to mainframe in ASCII and in EBCDIC format to see if this is a problem with encoding, but got the same error. I use IBM JDK 1.3.1 at OS/390.
