Debugging build.xml

I'm trying to get ant to work for me.  I've installed the optional.jar
and I'm trying to get the <taskdef> right.  Unfortunately, I'm getting a
NoClassDefFound found.  Is there anyway to see what the tasks are using
for their classpath (i.e., have it dumped)?
