Can't find version 1.2

I would like to build struts. However, it says that version 1.2 of Ant
is required. I tried to download version 1.2 but it did not work. When I
went to build struts I got an error message about the copy action not
being found. I ran Ant -version and it said that it was really version
1.1.

So where can I find version 1.2 of Ant? I am running on Solaris.
