This is a special bonus, just for you. No, seriously, when we make a
release, no one committer can build a complete optional.jar file. It is
usually put together over a short time with the help of a few people in the
Ant community. In this case, an early copy of the depend task was included,
unintentionally. It would probably be best to test this out using a nightly
build, which will remove the need to <taskdef> the depend task.
