Yes

so far so good

>          includes="${build.classes}/**"
>          excludes="${build.classes}/org/multipitest/*"

make that

>          includes="**"
>          excludes="org/multipitest/*"

- in which case you can omit includes completely.

Patterns are relative to the basedir.
