How to Match backup files: *~

hi

how can i match emacs backup files (*~) to delete them within
the clean target?

this doesn't work for me:

<target name="clean" depends="init">
  <delete dir="${build.dir}"/>
  <delete dir="${dist.dir}"/>
  <delete>
    <fileset dir="${basedir}">
      <include name="**/*~"/>
    </fileset>
  </delete>
</target>
