(A side note (about Java, not Ant): In one place, the ".properties"
suffix is not just a convention. ResourceBundle.getBundle(...) looks
for an p1/p2/X.properties file if there's no p1/p2/X.class file when it's
looking for bundle p1.p2.X.)
