Exactly!
In all your wonderful classpath, you have lost the struts.jar  Not the 
struts.jar you created a few emails back, but the one that can be 
downloaded from jakarta.apache.org

You are definitely getting closer.  You still are missing the struts 
stuff,
which is probably in a jar called struts.jar, but not having the 
software,
this is just a guess :-)  But check in your javadoc.home, wherever that 
is
and you will see that it worked.
