fix in ant.bat

Hi;

I fixed a problem in ant.bat and have attached the fixed version. Hopefully
someone on this list can check it in to the official source. (I did a fast
fix but it's still not the best way to build up the classpath - I just
didn't have time to do it the correct way.)
