ant error message with jdk1.3.1 under linux

Hello,
I recently upgraded my jdk from 1.3_02 to 1.3.1 on Linux.  Since the 
upgrade, I get the following error message from ant:

ant: line 107:  2233 Segmentation fault      $JAVACMD -classpath 
"$LOCALCLASSPATH" -Dant.home="${ANT_HOME}" $ANT_OPTS 
org.apache.tools.ant.Main "$@"

Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?  Thanks.
