I can't help much as I have never used this taglibrary and have long since
stopped using 4.5.1. :-(
Anyway, all I can think of is that this is maybe looking in the current
directory - i.e. the directory from where you run ant. Where would that be?
Have you tried creating a lib directory there with the jars in it?
