had to downgrade our jdk version from 1.3 to 1.2.2_005, and now the ant build
script won't work. I've changed my classpath and can compile without ANT. Now
ANT is throwing a Null Pointer Exception at
org.apache.tools.ant.ProjectHelper.parse(ProjectHelper.java,
Compiled Code).
