I've building a war file using <war> using ant 1.3

When I examine the .WAR file, those files that were added from <classes> and
<lib> show a path of "WEB-INF", and those from <webinf> and the <war
webxml=?> show a path of "web-inf".

Now, I'm on a Windows system at the moment, so I expect things will be fine,
but it seems wrong to me.
