ant 1.4 user doc and weblogic 6 jar

Where is the ant 1.4 user doc?  I keep using the ant 1.3, and that's now
moot, since i'm an official intermediate ant skilled user.


How does one jar a file for weblogic 6.1  using ant 1.4 ?
