Thanks.  I actually had a jakarta-ant-antidote directory from a failed
checkout, so I removed the directory and voila -- it works ;).

If this is really all you have done it should work. But maybe you have
created a directory jakarta-ant-antidote manually before cvs checkout? This
in one cause for the error you are getting.
