Only on my local disk :) I should swing it past ant-dev and see if there
are any objections. Seems unlikely there would be since it's pretty
unobtrusive -- if it's not set to anything, it just resolves to a space
(at least with unix -- don't know what DOS does with env vars that aren't
set... guess I should check that).
