* JDepend will give you a list of the dependencies - though I'm not sure that it'll do exactly what you want. (at http://www.clarkware.com/) I'm fairly certain that it won't trim down your jars to size. I do recall seeing something that would do this in the context of trimming applet download sizes - you might want to try searching that way. No links, sorry!
