I'm using 5.0. I think you do need  to specify CP in order to get all
project files. Otherwise you will get only those that you specified with
path.

No need for that. Get works fine if files are specified using the full path
starting from '$'. CP is needed only to refer to the files using relative
paths.
BTW, which version of SS you use?
