The Proliant-servers were tempting at $100 apiece, but with the drives ($20
for a 2.1 Gig SCSI!) to fill them, we're up to $200...)
I could take one and make a pretty nice Linux file server (with up to 10
gig), but we can beat that on that $600 1 GHz compaq box from MicroWarehouse!.
If I had more time to play, I'd do it.
