I had a similar problem, though the cause was different: one of the other
developers had his machine set to a US regional locale - the date format
was MM-DD-YYYY instead of the European DD-MM-YYYY. Source Safe didn't
modify the dates, and a get from soure safe meant the dates on the local
machine would often be in the future...
