Need source for jakarta-ant-1.4-optional.jar

Hi,

I ran into a bug that I need to fix in the AntStartTeamCheckOut class, and need to get 
a hold of the source for the jakarta-ant-1.4-optional.jar.  Can anyone point me in the 
correct direction?
