As far as making it official, I need someone who is authorised to act on behalf of the ASF, to contact me offline and discuss permissions and such related matters and I will put them in touch with the appropriate people at this end. If everything goes well, the logo stitchfile generation can be at full approval (including stitched out samples) inside a couple of weeks.
