Since frequently-asked questions usually indicate a problem with other
documentation, let's think about how to clarify the documentation.
I was going to suggest moving the "Concepts and Types" section to before
the "Ant Tasks" section, but it seems that it and the "Using Ant" section
both deal with core concepts. Maybe they should be merged somewhat.
