Yes, please. I've made several comments along the same line -- especially
about <filelist> requiring a 'dir', since it makes no sense to me at all
to require that a list of (possibly non-existent) files need to fall under
the same directory (why should a list care?).

I'd disagree about <fileset>, though, since that one makes sense to have a
specific directory under which to search for existing files.
