how to do a case insensitive replace?

Folks,

Anyone know how to achieve the captioned?

e.g.
      <replace file="src/test.txt" summary="true">
         <replacefilter token='abc' value='def'/>
        </replace>

        abc --> def
        Abc --> def
        ABc --> def
        ABC --> def
        ... --> def
        abC --> def
