Pardon my ignorance, it took me some extensive "googleing" to find out that
ant-contrib is a Sourceforge project that has nothing to do (per say) with an
official Ant site. For anyone interested the manual is at
http://ant-contrib.sourceforge.net/ant-contrib/manual/
