Thanks all!
Another question, when I use private="yes" in my javadoc task, it is always dead at:
[javadoc] Building tree for all the packages and classes...
[javadoc] Building index for all the packages and classes...
[javadoc] Building index for all classes...
who has idea or same experience why it is dead there?

I think that you may use maxmemory="%%MemorySize%%" in your javadoc task
example:
   maxmemory="128m"

This option is like the J2SE option "-Xmx "
