I'm working on a project that has an already existing structure in CVS, where the project names don't match the plugin ids. Is there an initialiseWorkspace equivalent for building features? I can work around this for the moment by renaming the plugins on the build server before running the build, so it's not a show stopper, but it would be nice to be able to run with everything in its current place...
