The five victims were said to have been carrying out road work close to the town of Zelino, east of the flashpoint town of Tetovo, the station said. There was no immediate confirmation from Macedonian authorities. The reported abduction came hours after Macedonian police killed five people they said were ethnic Albanian "terrorists" in Skopje and arrested five other ethnic Albanians in an operation against the guerrillas.
