The most succint summary I can give is this. If a human genius had a mild auditory handicap and a severe visual handicap (though in just one specific aspect of vision) and yet surpassed every other human in the results and answers to all other tests of intelligence, what would we conclude? We would conclude that this human genius is the smartest man in the whole wide world. That is where the "mind child" robot, R4P (Robot for President) stands today. Science has the know-how to build such a robot. Those who do not agree with this "SHAI-Now" thesis are welcome to attempt a rebuttal by FAIR debating means and by examining the profile in the archives and the specific arguments made. Ad hominems, non sequiturs and other debating fallacies are NOT welcome. Smears are not welcome. Death threats are not welcome. And to date I have received far more in these three categories than honest debate. Given that this thesis or argument is valid, no self-respecting military in the world can ignore it and I expect that some are quite far advanced in developing the related technologies.
