Doubtless another very understandable "revenge" attack - this one narrowly
averted - against waifs who'd served as ruthless paramilitaries during the
humanitarian blitzkrieg. Still, with KFOR "investigating," we can all rest
a little easier. We still don't know WHO is behind all this you see.
Remember, it took J. Edgar decades to determine that there really was
"organized" crime.

KFOR Soldiers Defuse Kosovo Bomb Device
BELGRADE, Aug 15, 2001 -- (dpa) Finnish KFOR soldiers
have foiled a bomb attack aimed at a group of Serb
children in Kosovo, it was reported in Belgrade
Tuesday.
Beta news agency said unknown assailants threw an
explosive device with a detonator near to buses
waiting for some 300 children who had gathered in a
church in the town of Lipljan.
KFOR soldiers called to the scene were able to defuse
the device in the incident on Monday. United Nations
police and KFOR have launched an investigation.
