Yes, they were.  The Albanian "rebels" - a.k.a. KLA or KPC - are
nothing=20 but the New World Order mercenaries.  They were represented
there by no=20 less than three officials - James Pardee (U.S.), Lord
Robertson (NATO), and= =20 Javier Solana (EU, also former NATO).
