Official representatives of European Union say, this step will promote Kosovo�s integration in Europe. For Yugoslavia it means an almost final loss of its territory. Yugoslavian Dinar was practically substituted by the German Mark after peacekeepers of KFOR have entered the territory of the country. At the moment, the official Yugoslavian currency is being used only in some Serbian communities, which have remained whole after Albanian extremists activities, while for Albanians the German Mark is the only currency for recent two years. As far as the German Mark stops to exist in January of 2002, the Europeans decided to change it to the euro as well as in the whole Europe. Already 30 thousand booklets have been printed telling in detail about Kosovo�s going over to the all-European currency. Though there are any reasons to hope this going over will be easy. According to the observers, it is completely impossible to avoid great currency machinations in Kosovo, where the law�s influence is limited with KFOR garrisons� fences. While declaring Kosovo still to belong to Yugoslavia, European Union practically admits with this step Kosovo�s independence. It looks like that the next appropriate step of European Union will be official recognizing Kosovo as a part of the �Great Albania�, while 50 years ago Serb population made ethnical majority here and namely on this territory Serbia had been conceived and the decisive victory at Kosovo field had been won.
