I can't believe Amnesty are surprised that the CIA behaves in that way - has 
it stopped for a moment to wonder why the CIA is seen in much of the world 
as a symbol of US imperialist oppression? The CIA has trained others to use 
torture, death and the threat of death as a standard weapon. Is Amnesty not 
aware of that?
