enough that Bush decided to scrap the ABM Treaty likely to set off nuclear
proliferation. Now, the fact that they see a use for a new nuclear device,
and are prepared to scrap a law against new research on nuclear devices is even
more disturbing. Bush's objective has become pretty clear. Build a
nuclear defense shield so we can block nukes thrown at us when we use the "new
low yield" missiles against someone else.
